V&V provides residential, commercial, vacation-rental, yacht, and post-construction cleaning services, as well as event staffing (servers, bartenders, event cleanup crew, and similar roles) throughout Miami and South Florida. The exact scope of each service is confirmed with the client prior to delivery.
3. Quotes & Estimates
Estimates requested through the website, WhatsApp, or phone are preliminary quotes based on the information the client provides. The final price is confirmed after assessing the actual scope of work (property size, condition, staffing headcount, event duration, etc.) and is not binding until confirmed by both parties.
4. Scheduling & Cancellations
Services are scheduled subject to availability. We request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or lack of access to the property at the agreed time may result in a cancellation fee, which will be communicated at the time of booking confirmation.
5. Payment Terms
Accepted payment methods and the payment schedule (for example, due on completion, or a deposit for larger events) are agreed directly with the client before service begins. Pricing may vary based on the final scope of work.
6. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for:
- Providing safe and timely access to the property at the agreed time
- Disclosing any special conditions, safety hazards, or hazardous materials on site
- Securing valuable or fragile items prior to service, where applicable
7. Limitation of Liability
V&V is committed to performing its services with care and professionalism. To the extent permitted by law, V&V will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Any claim for verifiable direct damages must be reported within 48 hours of service completion.
8. Insurance & Licensing
V&V Service Solution operates as a licensed and insured business in the State of Florida. Corresponding documentation is available upon request.
