Key Requirement: Valid OSHA 10
What is it? A 10-hour safety course from the Department of Labor (DOL). It teaches you to recognize and avoid workplace hazards, and you receive an official card when you finish.
Why does it matter? Construction sites carry real risks — debris, tools, dust and chemicals. OSHA 10 keeps you working safely, and job sites require it to let you in.
It's mandatory: without the OSHA 10 card we cannot assign you to any job site.
Required Documents
- Valid ID or valid work permit
- OSHA 10 proof (official DOL card)
- Other documents requested by a specific job site, if applicable
